I forgot about the boating stuff. :-) That's a good idea. I
used to water ski a little bit, got *somewhat* decent at slalom (one
ski) when visiting my cousins in Ontario. I'd be willing to give
that a try again. :-) Another fun activity is to attach a couple
of inner tubes to the back of a boat and have "duelling inner tubes"

Yep, I did think of paintball, but I don't know how realistic it
is... I remember we were talking about doing that for the BBQ, but
nobody on the list (including myself) actually had any paintball
equipment, and it seemed something of a waste to spend the money
on it to only use once per year. :-)
Though another possibility in this area might be if we were to
find a paintball center where you can rent the equipment and
use their facility, etc. I think something like that is more
likely to come off than something we'd do on our own near the
campground.
Another similar sport which is apparently huge in Japan is
Air Soft, they have really realistic guns and such, but I think
that's even more expensive than paintball. :-)
