You only have to adjust them once after initial break-in. Once that's done,
there's no need to readjust unless you did something wrong or they wore out
too quick.
As for the non-adjustable rockers...they're, in a sense, useless as the
whole idea of adjustable rockers is for correcting the geometry due to
cam/pushrod changes. While the Harland Sharp rockers are a nice set, stick
with adjustables.
As for the Pro's and Con's...none with adjustable rollers. Problems will
arise with non-adjustable rockers if you decide to change the cam.
