OK, DML, Here's one for ya...
I hadda caliper sieze on The DAKSY & decided WTF, while I've got her up I'll
rotate the tires...
Well, I can't get the spare down!
Looks like the nice square rod that fits into the jack extension is no
longer square??!!!?!?
It's rounded off!
How the HELL does this happen?
Ya think somebody tried to "hork" my spare tire while it was in for the
clutch replacement?
Everything worked fine the last rotation (summer)....
Ennyhoo...what do I do?
Can the entire mech be removed & replaced with the tire still up or do I
hafta drop
it with, maybe, a pair of vise grips, a little (1/4 turn) at a time?
