I agree Tom, I do all the work that I can anymore, but as I am aging and all
those years of hard partying are catching up to me, I can do less and less
of the labor. I too was pleasantly surprised.

Hiya Rick - thats some pretty good news to hear - but thats not typical
of stealerships - you got lucky. Every single time I have dealt with a
dealership (outside of simply buying some parts)... be it buying a
truck, looking at buying trucks, or on the rare occasions I have taken
my trucks in for service... I have always come away dissatisfied and
never have been able to get any justice. I do all my own repairs now -
after being screwed over countless times, I just don't trust anyone anymore.
Glad you got your money back - honestly I am surprised you got a full
refund - I would have expected them to refund only the portion you were
overcharged. SM was prolly freaking out at the possibility of a black
mark on his record - that he would have prolly given you more had you
pushed for it.
