Looks like Gary beat me to it - but don't let him drop the sound
quality that much! Coulda saved just as much by keeping the sample
rate up at 44 and going to monaural sound...

So I guess I'll continue nitpicking here....
I'd assume the original came from a DV camera - you should always keep
the framerate a nice multiple of the original framerate, and 12 doesn't
work nicely with 30. This keeps the result from being jumpy - though
in this video you probably wouldn't notice if it was downsampled to 5
fps since there is no action, and then you could have turned down the
compression significantly and had a much cleaner product. Titling size
is a wee bit small for shrinking the vid to web size too....

but whatever - video is better than no video, and we all know how on
top of the BBQ '03 highlights I've been =D
