The top of the passenger seat is about 3 inches from the window and in a
normal seating attitude, not straight up. With it behind the passenger
seat, I wasn't as worried about minor clearance issues.

I can't seem to find the pics of the install process, but I'll snap a
few of the finished product.

#With the basslink, were you able to set the seat back all the way, were
you
#able to lean the seat back at all?

#Thanks for the info!

#Crutchfield has them, but I got mine >considerably< cheaper NIB from
Ebay.

##
##Just wanted to find out what size speaker enclosure you guys have
placed
##behind the seats of regular cab dakotas (Gen 1 or Gen 2)... # #I'm
looking
#at using the following dimensions:
##14" h X 7" bd X 4" td X 20" w (.51 cu.ft.)
##
##What dimensions have you all been sucessful with?
##
##My only concerns are being able to set the seat all the way back, and
not
##leaned back a little (can't stand sitting straight up like a board)...
