Help! Tried to get the DAKSY inspected today & the local guy won't do it
with the MIL.
I've got a week on the 04 sticker...
According to the Bible:
P1281 - Engine is cold too long ... Engine coolant temperature remains below
normal
operating temperatures
during vehicle travel(T-stat)
What do I do? Remove the Robt Shaw 180 deg & return to the stock195?
I've got plenty of heat, so I don't think the 180 is stuck in the open
position...
Am I missing something, here?
P0442 - Evap Leak Monitor Medium Leak Detected...I know - I gotta blow smoke
thru the system
in order to find the leak...I can't find a smoke machine anywhere around
here....If I could, I'd still
hafta figger out the fittings req'd to connect to the Evap sys...
I'd rather not go to a dealer, but looks like I have no choice...It'd be
different if I could
get into a heated garage & play, but THAT's not gonna happen til I get done
with the A-frame...
