I had a real old jeep Cherokee that did that and I used a huge bungy cord to
hold it in 4wd high....I know, dumb suggestion..its just my holiday mood I
guess.

Subject: DML: Whats up with my transfer case...
Well, hope this isn't anything major, but here lately I have noticed that my
transfer case doesn't want to stay in 4HI, it seems like I have to hold it
over there while I get moving then its ok until I stop. Anything I can do
about this or any suggestion as to whats wrong/needs fixing would be greatly
appreciated.
TIA,
Bill Day
