A vise is an effective "press" in many instances. I have rebuilt many control
arms and used a vice and a selection of sockets to press the bushings in. Can't
say that it will work on your Dakota since I have never had to replace a
bushing in either of mine. I give it a shot and if you can't get them in with
the vice take the control arms to the local shop and have them press them in.
