I have used the vice a lot for this, but i think the threaded rod
method works better as long as you can get threaded rod down the
center of the bushing. Then get whatever assortment of sockets,
washers and pipes/pipe fittings, and use a pneumatic impact wrench
to tighten up the assembly.
