   Wow - I'm surprised *anybody* signed up! Sounds like a losing
proposition to me. (This is the same gov't that we are trusting to
spend our tax dollars wisely, right?) ;-) What a buncha morons.
I'm glad it hasn't gotten that bad out here... yet.
