I did't mistake the Viper for a Stratus on a showroom floor or sitting at a
light, it was about a 1/4 mile view as we were heading opposite directions
on a divided highway. It was black (which would obscure the grill and
scoop, and too far away for me(no glasses on) to see if it had projectors.
But I think they are very similar, and no where near a Cobra Stang. BTW-top
was up.

My big problem with the new SRT Viper was it's not a stunner like the old
one. The old vipers had a presence. So easy to spot, the new ones are
different and a lot more generic, they resemble the new vettes, S2K and RX8
in various aspects. I just think they totally killed the car in that way,
the performance is 2nd to none compared to the old RTs and GTSs from
everything I heard.

I agree with the comment that the Charger may not be a bad car, but to badge
it as a car that would be the last one in the old line-up to be matched up.
They do need a pony car, a Stratus type car with RWD, a stick and the Hemi
would be a true charger as close as you could get today.
