I guess I got lucky then. I bought my Dak with 3 miles on the clock
and never noticed a smell.
BTW: For anyone else with an '04, your stealer should now have a
firmware fix for the O2 sensors so they stop setting the P2097 and
P2099 codes. Nothing like putting the first 17,000 miles on a truck
in 6 months with the MIL light on the whole time.
