I've had my Acclaim into Jiffy Lube twice I think. On the second visit,
they told me things that directly contradicted things they told me in
the first visit - and not things like "well, that PCV valve has gone
downhill" (that I can understand) but rather "no, you don't need to
replace that yet" on visit #2, whereas visit #1 I was told "you should
replace that soon" - upon challenging, they couldn't really give me a
decent answer.
