My Dad's '04 Neon with the 2.0 and a 5-speed only gets about 230-250 to
3/4th of a tank, and it averages out to 33 MPG. His, at least, has a
12-gallon tank, so running it down to a quarter only requires putting in
about 7-8 gallons, counting the reserve.
