Well I was in Riverton, IL [first mistake], driving a Nissan 4x4 [second
mistake], back home from a good time mudding at the river [third
mistake]. I had actually taken the time to wipe off my windows with a
sponge, so I wasn't obstructed by Mud, but it might not have been
obvious. It was the Chief of police , and he got me the first time
right before I pulled into the car wash, and again about 45 min later,
as I was leaving the car wash....
