Been using Cloyes for many years (even back in the late 80's)...never seen
one "blow up" or break. That can happen to any manufacturer - manufacturing
defects affect anyone....heck, look at the DC transmissions. ;)

JP Performance/Rollmaster are the best I've seen. Comp chains are good
also.
I will personally not run a Cloyes chain after seeing serveral motors with
Cloyes chains blow up.
