Next question, does the pump run when you apply a 12V (and ground) source to
the connector? (You'll need either a really long jumper or a 12V battery
close by - I use a Power Probe for this.) If it does work, we can rule out
the pump. Next item would be the circuit to the fuel pump.

Hey Guys,

I installed the reman PCM today....and no dice...she won't start.

Cranks fine....no fuel pump coming on when the key is turned to on....and
the fuel rail is not pressurized....

I tried the test Bob Tom recommended and this is what happens:

When the key is turned on both the fuel pump and ASD relays close then open.
While cranking both close and stay closed......

Not sure what to do next.....help!
