Lowered Dakota and now rubbin tires

I have a 99 dakota sport 4x2 club cab (ext. cab).

the tires i have are 255/45/18's that do not tuck.

the problem: i'm chewing the tires up because they are rubbing against the
wheel wells.

----------

I used a lowering kit (2" c-arms and coil springs) from a dakota sport truck
that was a regular cab truck, had the same tires and rims that i have now (i
bought the tires, rims, and kit from him).

It's ovbious that the weight difference between the reg cab and club cab is
causing the difference in the front end, and causing the tires to rub..

Any ideas out there to get this thing fixed?

THINGS IM > NOT < GOING TO DO :- Get New Tires and Rims.

I don't have the money to spend on new rims and tires that will tuck... i need
to fix what i have now.

I was thinking of putting the factory springs back in, but don't know how much
that will raise the front.

Is there anything like a block of metal that i can put between the coil spring
and the control arm plate to raise it a bit ?? Any ideas out there ??

thanks for anything you can give me..
