Not necessarily - but that would be one of the first things to check. If a
module is shorted on the BUS line, it won't always blow a fuse (some modules
don't use a fuse).

That's what I thought, no rotor. Wouldn't a main buse fuse be blown if it
was a short? I'm suprised that the dealer does not have the PCM in stock.
