A good portion of the Mopar Performance parts (that replace the OEM parts)
are less expensive due to the fact that there is NO warranty on them. OEM
parts carry a 12mo/12K mile warranty - that's why they're more expensive.

On the tensioner, yup...same part but no warranty on the MP unit.

That's interesting, usually anything with the word "Performance" stamped on
it is at least $100 more expensive than the "OEM" counterpart. ;)
