Going to the dealer is the next step.

Have you had the dealership run the codes with their tool (DRB-III)?
Standard "off the shelf" scan tools won't find the proprietary ABS codes.

Subject: DML: ABS and Brake lights

I have a 2000 Dakota with 4 wheel ABS; the ABS and Brake lights on the dash
are on all the time. I have normal brakes, but have not tried ABS function.
There are no MIL codes on the dash or on a diagnostic tool.

Any thoughts on what the problem could be? I suspect one of the front wheel
motion sensors, since the speedometer functions normally.

Thanks for the help.

Earl
