Well Rich, you either need to find another dealer or at the very least a
different "parts guy". That's just so much BS!

Every new car/truck I've bought in the past 30 years has had an address in
the owner's manual where you can order a FSM. In addition, how does the
parts guy think the techs will know how to service a new truck without
access to a FSM? As for Chiltons...(maybe the guy is a stock holder?)..I'd
have to believe those manuals are written *from* the FSM, not the other way
around.

Sorry for the rant but dealership employees who mislead customers because
they don't know what they're talking about, really p... me off!
