Jon rules.

to add to Jon's statement, there is always some kind of "legal" term for a
lot of traffic violations. i.e.. instead of drunk driving it's "driving
under the influence", etc... even in Va they call "Participating in an
illegal speed contest". They have other creative ones too, like "Excessive
display of horsepower" (are ricers exempt from that one??) and "Illegally
participating in a prearranged speed contest". All of these fall under the
wreckless driving penal code, but the fancy names denote just how bad the
judge can get you.
