I have a 2001 Dakota Quad Cab with a mystery problem (or so the Dodge
mechanic thinks so). When I have my cruise control on, the truck seems to
miss and drop 100-200 RPM. I had a major tuneup done (it was due for it in
1500 miles) and a diagnostic performed, but the problem persists. The
faster I go, the less the engine misses when I have the cruise control on;
and it's at its worst between 50 and 60mph. Any ideas?
