use a hair dryer to soften the adhesive and just pull them off. you will
find holes in the body on the back half of the bed. WD40 is awesome for
removing left over adhesive. Heating up the strips will soften the adhesive
and make them easy to pull off. Don't get them too hot or they will pull
some paint off with em'.
