Yes, the crank sensor was removed before the engine was.

I did pull one plug and saw a spark. Maybe it's worth pulling all of them.

If I remove the return line from the fuel rail, gas will spit out for a
couple seconds when the key is turned and pump comes on. It seems to me
it's getting fuel and spark so maybe I messed up the injectors soaking them
in carb cleaner. I powered the pump on to flush out the fuel line before I
connected it to the rail but maybe they clogged from my "cleaning" process.

You can plug the spark plug hole with your finger as you turn the motor over
by hand and feel when the compression stroke is (air will come out).

I don't know all your details but was the motor pulled from the truck?
 Sometimes if you are pulling a magnum and forget to remove the crank sensor
it can be damaged when you seperate the bell housing. Happened to me.
Something easy to check.

Also check the auto shutdown relay in the underhood fuse box. Mine blew
once and the truck wouldn't start. You can also check for spark by cranking
the motor with one of the plugs removed, just keep the plugwire on it and
watch for a spark (you might have to ground it to the block while doing
this). Anyway, just some things that come to mind.
