Sorry, I just realized you were probably asking where to send the deposit
and I answered about the meet itself. Duh.
The deposit will depend on whether you get in to the group HQ area. There
are unfortunately only seven sites available, so I'm going to have a
random draw in two weeks. If your name is picked, you'll send a deposit
to me, I'll let you know what to do then. If you name isn't picked,
you'll have to call the campground directly and make a reservation with
them. I had some instructions in my previous message regarding how to
make sure you're signed up with the group even if you aren't in the HQ
area.
If you want to be guaranteed to get a spot, you can always call them and
get a reservation anyway. If your name gets picked for the group area,
you can cancel the other reservation, or transfer it to someone who didn't
get in to the group area.
