Look at the backside of the pedal, under the dash, just above where you push
it with your foot. The switch is likely just stuck.

Subject: DML: What Did I Do Wrong?
Hey, DML!
Changed out the DAKSY's Power Brake Booster today (What a freekin workout
THAT was!) & just got everything back together...Install went well...bled
the master cylinder...
***INFO: Master cylinder requires a METRIC Master Cylinder Bleeder Kit!***
Ennyhoo, got her all reassembled & checked the brake pedal...a little
spongy, but I'll bleed each wheel tomorrow...
The PROBLEM is: the brakes lights are ON...WTF!?!??!
Pumped the brakes...No Good...still on...
Released the E-brake...N/G...still on...
Disconnected the NEG batt terminal THAT worked (DUH!)..
What do I look for? Where is the brake light actuator? I know...I have the
FSM...but my brain/body is porked from the contortioning I hadda do to get
at the booster mounting nuts...& I figgered I'd ask y'all...
Any ideas DML?
TIA,
