Those were the stock tires on my 97 CC Sport 4x2 with
the 15 x 7 rims. I now have 235/75 x 15 tires on those rims
and have no clearance problems. The rear can take larger
tires (275/60 x 15 drag radials on the15 x 8 rims) but
you may have problems with the lower A-arm with
anything larger than 235s on the 15 x 7 rims. This is
assuming that there were no changes in the '98.
