Rob-- you are running a 29" tall tire and the maximum height you can run on a TVS setup is 28" in the front... The rubbing can 1) eventually put a wrinkle in your fender, 2) cause premature tire failure... Both not good.

I run 29" tall in the rear on my truck, and 27" in the front (I run 18" wheels, 255-50-18s are nearly impossible to get)... Get a set of 255-55-17s for the front, and save your current fronts as a second set of rears... Only way to do it-- or replace all 4 tires to 255-55-17-- or run Nitto 450s 275-50-17s...
