Well, it is heating up a little better now after I had the coolant
flushed from the system, but now i'm convinced it's the t-stat. The
engine heats up and stays at 180 according to the guage, but something
is telling me it's stuck open. So, off to NAPA sometime soon. :(

I probably would put a 195 in, but would it be an option to put in
something like a 210 for the winter months and just change it to a 180
when spring hits??
