My mom had a 1970 CB350 when she was younger... she wanted this 360 more
than I did! (its my bike damnit!) I still want to buy a brand new
Shadow VLX Deluxe in silver metallic... but I figured that for $50 bucks
this woul dbe a good project bike to fix up and a good learner bike for
me. I don't know how to ride - only been on a bike once as a passenger.

Yeah - mom was hit on her bike from the rear and went flying - she sold
it shortly after and bought a car... it scared her to ride it again.
That was in the city of Chicago - up here in Wisconsin I feel a little
safer on backroads and in town there is far less traffic than Chicago...
so I think I stand less of a chance of killing myself. I basically want
the bikes for nice day crusing. I have no desire to ride across the
nation on one or go to Sturgis. heh
