Subject: DML: Anyone got 4.7L Piston specs or pics?
I'm helping with a project that may be able to benefit from our Mopar
prowess.
Does anybody have access to pics and/or some measurements for the stock
4.7L pistons?
I'm told that they have the correct bore and pin size to swap into a
bored-out
Volvo B20 motor that my brother is building.
What I need is the overall height of the piston, and the height from the
pin to the top.
Anyone have any pics?
Any preferred manufacturers or sources?
The reason for using them is that they're ligher (approx. 6 oz. ea),
cheaper,
and much more readily available than custom made oversize pistons.
Thanks in advance!
