While I was driving normally the truck decided to bog down on me. The
fastest I could go was about 30 MPH for a couple minuets, slowed down to 20
MPH after another 2 minuets and finally cut off completely and I coasted
into my driveway (talk about great timing). If I tried giving it more gas
to go faster it would try to die. It kind of acted like a badly clogged
fuel filter. Before this was happening I was driving around with the Engine
light on. I can't remember the exact code ('96 OBDII) and now it's not
there but it had something to do with a lean condition. Is that usually O2
sensor related? Could a completely failed sensor cause it to act like this?
I had to move it this morning to get ol reliable (much more fun) blue out
(Mr. June DML Calendar) and it revved up fine but I didn't have time to take
it for a drive...
Any ideas?
Thanks,
James
