Hey, Chris...

<snip> Also, does anyone know how to get a broken lower shock bolt out? My
lower
one broke and left me a 3" stub sticking out. I've tried the two nut
theory, PB blaster spray, and a vice grips. Unfortunately, it is now
stripped pretty good of it's threads<snip>

Wow. You've got yourself a stubborn one, there...
I'd take as much of it off with a Sawzall - as close to the hub in the lower
support arm as possible...
Make sure it's flat enough to center-punch a dimple...
Start drilling...
Maybe with a 1/8" as a starter & work upwards til you get close to the M121
minor thread diameter-which I don't recall offhand- but I can look up or
calculate if you need it...
If you've got a buddy there, have him keep your drills cool with a constant
application of WD-40 sprayed on the drill...
When you get close to the minor thread diameter, you should be able to run a
starter tap into the threads & clean them out...
If you can't, you'll probably hafta get yourself a Heli-coil kit for THAT
thread size ($45-$50US) & repair the
thread...I hadda do that on the DAKSY...
Good luck...It's a BIOTCH working on...
