I had seriously thought about doing just that. I drove without heat from
March 05 until November 05 because I didn't want to do the work. I only did
it because there was a blizzard forcasted and I drive about 60 miles per day.
It was getting a little old wearing a snowsuit to drive anywhere, since it
was below freezing for part of that time. Having the windows down in
freezing rain to prevent fogging is a wonderful experience, let me tell you.
