I have a set of Crower 1.7 rockers. They are off a V8 that dropped a valve. 2
of the rockers are chewed up. It is possible that a good machine shop could fix
them, otherwise you can order 2 from Crower. I talked to them last year and was
quoted $70 shipped for 2. The rest of the rockers look fine. I had bought them
off ebay last year and planned to use them on my engine. I already have a set
of 1.6s, so I am just going to stick with that. I also cannot afford stiffer
springs, which would be needed with he cam I have.
$150+shipping. I am in the Dallas, TX area if anyone local wants them.
These would be fine on a 3.9 V6 for sure, and if you fix the two damaged ones,
would work on a V8. Complete used sets generally go for $250-300. I think I
originally paid $170 shipped for them. I hate to let them go, but finances have
finally forced the sale.
Here are some pix of the damaged ones.
