the 03's got the 5.9L until mid year, when the 5.7L replaced it.

I have a friend with a 2002 Ram 1500 with the 5.9L. The Hemi came out in
'03, so I think '02 was probably it's last year (which isn't to say there
isn't the odd '03 Ram running around with a 360 underhood).
