RE: E85 fuel information..

After thinking about it last night as I sat in the drum circle singing
happy hippy songs about how we should all just get along, it hit me:
American tree huggers can't be responsible for the lack of U.S. oil. Any
legislation passed or repealed by any congress that would relax rules
governing the exploitation of oil resources wouldn't increase the paltry
amount of those available resources in the ground. The U.S. just wasn't
blessed with much oil relative to our consumption. Reclaiming that
relatively small volume probably would not help us at the pump in the
long term, but it would be a way to symbolically stick it to us pinkos.
