Friend of mine from work - who drives a 1997 Gen III (I got him on the
DML.... PAUL!!! where the hell are you? Post already!) ... he came over
to my place the other day and we changed his tranny fluid and gasket
(after the first gasket we put on didn't hold) An engine starts and the
exhaust note rumbles nice and loud... hes like "whats that?" I replied
without looking up "the neighbors firebird" - hes laughing and says
"thats one reason I like you Tom, I say "whats that" and you know
exactly what I'm talking about and you say "the neighbors firebird"...
anyone else would be like "whats what?"
So yeah - I can identify people by their exhaust note - that makes me a
redneck? LOL
