  Yep, Summit has a kit that requires no welding - just drill a hole
in the pan, and screw the bung in place. I used it for a tranny temp
gauge in my tranny pan and an oil temp gauge in my oil pan, both on
the Barracuda. They work great, and no leaks so far. :-)

   What Summit sells is actually an "oil drain" kit, but the drain
plug is 1/8 NPT so any temp sender with 1/8 NPT threads can be
screwed into it.
