UV dye

I've been using some oil lately, so I picked up some of the UV dye to see if I
can figure out where it's going. The instructions don't say how long to drive
with it in the crankcase for best results. There has to be a point between
"nothing showing yet" and "splattered all over the place".

Any opinions? Does it totally depend on the size of the leak? It's about 120
miles from my place to Jon's, I was thinking I'll just dump it in before
heading down there on Saturday, would that be sufficient? Or should I put it
in today?

Thanks.
