I can only imagine... I know I would have gone ballistic...

I had Christine shipped to Chicago from Columbia CT, via DAS (Dependable
Auto Shippers - to the tune of $1200. I paid more to have her shipped
as a "disabled vehical" - the engine was bad and the rods were a
knocking, no oil pressure... and much to my dismay - the driver
obviously drove her onto the flat bed trailor, because he drove her off
while I was watching! I was pissed because I paid more for shipping it
disabled than if it was shipped regular. *shrug* I never said anything
about it - I figured why bother...

I was also pissed because they didn't secure the snow plow blade in the
bed - it had just been put in there - not secured. It had slid forward
and slammed into the forward part of the bed pushing it into the cab.
After - AFTER I told them to secure the damned thing at the dealership!

I can't say I would use DAS again because if this.
