Sir Micheal's sells a relocator kit for the GenIIs. It's really just a
piece of flat steel with a hole cut in it to fit the handle and holes
drilled along the side to screw it in. You could make one yourself cheaper.
As the for the letters on the tailgate, you would be better off buying a
used tailgate from a 94-96 (no raised letters) than trying to flatten the
letters on the one you have.
