For those with an aftermarket TB, did you feel it was an worthwhile upgrade?

What improvements did you notice?

I have a cold air intake and a Flowmaster 3" (single) exhuast.

My K&N FIPK II flows about 583.16 CFM. I have been told the 4.7L V8 motor
moves 497.93 CFM.
