I've never tried that size, but the P265/70R16 tires on our 2001 come
awful close to rubbing just when the truck is sitting in the driveway
with no suspension flex. Close enough that I was pretty concerned that
the new tires were actually going to rub because of the deeper tread
(they don't, barely). Going up from a 70 to 75 profile adds about an
inch overall diameter, IIRC.

Every truck seems to sit a little different, yours might work better,
but I wouldn't try anything larger on ours.
