I have not done this mod myself, no. But theres a reason the standard
4.7 uses lower rated injectors. Its tuned for less power, and if you
throw higher LB injectors on a stock engine, it will have a tendancy to
run rich, waste fuel, lower MPG, maybe foul plugs. The HO uses a
different cam and ECM and is tuned to run using the larger injectors.
Unless you add the rest of the tweaks that the HO engine has, or unless
you have other more radical mods, like a blower or what have you, adding
higher flow injectors is kinda pointless.
