Welcome to the DML! Fan clutches don't normally squeal - not syaing
they can't... but usually they just get loud or grind. Check your power
steering fluid? Since it only happens above 30 MPH... its not
impossible that you could have a drive line problem. Bearings or such.
  Perhaps Ujoints? Can you tell the approximate location of where its
coming from? Under truck? Front, rear, engine compartment?

Does the noise come and go? can you reproduce the sound by doing
anything specific? I had a timing chain go out on my 89 v6 - and it
would only give indication it was going out - when warmed up. When the
heat would cause it to expand and stretch.
