You might try running an air line to 1 & 7 and listen for air sounds.
His from the tail pipe ...bad exhausts...from air handler...intakes..
I would guess burt exhaust valves.
I had a 318 in a cornet years ago that ran great with barely a hint of a
miss
at idle....two burned exhaust valves
